New Model Discontinued The broadcaster machine is used to mechanically broadcast colored flake or colored chips, colored quartz, natural aggregates, sand, skid resistant media like aluminum oxide, or rubber granular materials into wet resinous floor, cove, walls, decks, roofs and ceilings evenly, up to a twenty-five foot range with most broadcast media. After thinking about this for over 20 years and, with much discussion and arm twisting the manufacturer, IFS has secured the exclusive rights to distribute the new and improved portable, self contained, back pack blower broadcast machine, shown above in green. As you can see from the picture the larger hopper holds over three times more broadcast media. IFS has retired the red blower from our product line after 25 years of great service --- except for that damn small hopper size!!! Remember, this broadcast machine is a "must have" for vertical broadcast wall, cove, ceiling or wainscoting projects. Great for Environmental Contractors or beach workers to dispense powdered bio-remediation absorents on beaches, swamps, rivers, mangroves, and other wetlands to accelerate the bio-remediation of oil/hydrocarbon spills. Below are just a few of the labor and material saving highlights of the Portable, Self Contained, Back Pack Blower Broadcast Machine. • New green model saves over 66% of the time it takes to refill the hopper due to its increased size • The new hopper can hold over one 55 pound box of flake • A "must have" when the new lightweight flake technology hits the market and IFS will have it for sale when it becomes available • Saves money on decreased consumption of broadcast material • Much less excess, and when you get good, almost "no" broadcast media to remove from the cured floor • Eliminate pesky and dangerous extension cords and air hoses • Vertical broadcast applications, 100% coverage in one blow • No clumping or mounding of broadcast material that can cause hidden problems with acrylic reactive resins, or MMA • Look very professional in the eyes of your customer • Keeps the broadcast team off the pour line and out of the coating teams way, increasing productivity • One blower can do the work of six to ten workers broadcasting by hand • Works great for small jobs and close quarters broadcasting • Garage Floor Contractors can coat the entire garage and broadcast the coated floor from the driveway without the use of shoe spikes • Use the Back Pack Blower to clean-up excess media • Less physical strain to help prevent Workers Comp Claims • Saves labor by increasing productivity. Remember: “Save your back and get off your knees With our back pack broadcaster Pourin’ floors is a breeze”
