GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Domestic and some International shipments for the PSC 3006 Broadcast Machine will be sent US Mail.
International Shipments must email us before ordering.
Resin and most Flake orders are sent common carrier. Customer must email

For Next Day, Second Day or other expedited shipping service or options will be calculated based on package weight and your shipping zip code. Email or call IFS prior to ordering.
Only orders shipped within the Continental U.S. can be expedited and will only be delivered on week days.
Please allow one business day for processing. All priority orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders will receive a confirmation email of funds received, progress, and completed and shipped information with tracking or customs number.
CURRENT PAYMENT POLICIES
Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc's policy is to collect payment before orders are shipped.
The following payment policy MUST be followed. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc. CLIENTS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS POLICY except by other written arrangements approved by Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc.
LATE CHARGES FOR CREDIT CUSTOMERS:
Credit may be established at IFS's sole discretion.
ALL payments such as invoices, visit fees, service charges and mileage charges MUST BE RECEIVED BY Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc.within 30 business days of the date of invoice. Late fees in the amount of 18% per Annum will be charged for overdue accounts. This applies to ALL clients, without exception.
Non-payment after 60 days may result in your account being sent to collections or legal action. Customer will assume all legal fees incurred by Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc.to collect the debt plus all maximum interest rate allowed by law for the length of the unpaid invoice or monies owed. We prefer to work payment issues out in a positive way and we try not to resort to sending payments to collections or small-claims unless we have no recourse.
REFUND OR REPLACEMNT POLICY
ALL sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased unless the customer proves the product was defective prior to shipment and to the satisfaction of Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc.
Ownership of goods sold become yours as soon as they are shipped. Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc is not responsible for damaged goods once it leaves our facility, or, one of our partner’s facility. Your claim for damaged goods is with the shipping company, not Industrial Flooring & Supply, Inc.
