The new and improved PSC 3006 BPBM (back pack broadcast machine) model with a larger hopper, (~ 8 US gallons or 30 liters) that is over three times the broadcast media as the older version, is used to broadcast all sizes of PVA based or the new non-vinyl, color fast, no breakdown, lightweight colored flake or colored chips.
The BPBM (back pack broadcast machine) will also broadcast:
• colored quartz sand
• small size zero (0) natural aggregates (possibly #1)
• silica sand
• aluminum oxide
• rubber granulars
• black beauty
• basalt
• silicon carbide
and other similiar types of broadcast media into wet resinous floor, wall, roof, ceiling, park decks, single or multi-family balconies, or decks, etc.
The new large hopper will hold one 55 pound box US (120 Kilos) of PVA flake/chips and up to eight gallons (~29 liters) of sand which weighs ~ 75 pounds (165 Kilos)
The BPBM is especially well suited for broadcast vertical wall or wainscoting, and cleanup of excess broadcast media.
Through experience, the operator will learn how to apply just the right amount of media to a wet horizontal surface for full coverage. It will drastically reduced or in some cases, almost eliminate the cleanup process per se, (one quick blow down), especially with fast cure resinous systems.
The BPBM is also well suited to dispense natural powdered, bio-remediation absorbents like Oil Gator on beaches, mangroves, swamps, riverbanks and other wetlands to accelerate the bio-degradation of oil/hydrocarbon spills on land and water.
